BRUCE JONES
My name is Bruce Jones Jr. I have lived in Pagosa Springs my whole life. I did do some missions work in Guatemala, Thailand, Australia, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Mexico. Pagosa is my favorite place in the world! I love the people, the outdoors fishing and hiking. After graduating high school here locally at Pagosa High I met my wife of now 19 years. We have three children that are being raised here in Pagosa. We are active in the community through our church, sports, I also served on the PLPOA board for 7 years. Currently I serve on the pickleball board, and we are proud to help with the open circle community youth group as a part of the leadership team. As long-time residence of the area we are proud to offer our disaster mitigation services to our community in your time of need. Pagosa is beautiful and it is our goal as a company to respond quickly when disaster strikes and get your home ready for the rebuild process in a prompt, professional, and reliable manner.

LARS SCHNEIDER
My name is Lars Schneider. I’ve been in Pagosa for most of my life. As a long time local I hold this community very dear to my heart and have consistently worked to help our community through volunteering, working on the fire dept when I was younger and currently serving my 4th year as vice president on Board of Directors for the PLPOA. I’ve owned and operated Once-A-Tree house staining since 2010 and built it to service most of Pagosa HOAs, town of Pagosa’s gazebos and parks, commercial buildings, Wyndham resort and over 600 houses locally. I’m also Co-owner of Cowboy Carwash located up town. When I’m not running the companies or volunteering locally, I act as a volunteer Dive Master in Durango teaching and refreshing scuba divers. I also enjoy flying as a private pilot and working out at CrossFit Pagosa. My free weekends in the summer are spent at Navajo Lake soaking up the sun and teaching my dogs how to surf.
